The Vision
Stargate Farm was born from a dream to create more love, light, and heaven on earth. After a life-changing journey, we returned to North Kohala with a clear purpose: to put real food back into the ground for Hawai‘i and to steward this land with reverence.
The Farm: From seed to soul, a promise unfolding
Early Chapter
Stargate is both a retreat and a living farm — a place where new life is beginning to take root. With the home now complete, the next chapter unfolds: preparing the land for irrigation, planting the first trees, and building the coop for the chickens already growing into their future home. Guests may witness the quiet beginning of this vision taking form — the tender awakening of a landscape becoming what it was always meant to be.
Our first farm, New Hope, already provides seasonal produce lovingly shared during your stay. As Stargate grows, its own bounty will join in, carrying forward the same devotion to the earth. The bees are part of this lineage as well — four thriving hives at New Hope hum with life, each one Reiki-blessed and inscribed with sacred symbols. From their golden sweetness, the legacy continues, as their descendants take flight and find home in the fields of Stargate.

The Build
Stargate Farm was envisioned as a sanctuary where beauty, reverence, and renewal meet. What began as a dream became a calling — to return to North Kohala, to tend the land with devotion, and to live as love in form.
Here, every stone, seed, and sunrise reflects that intention. The retreat stands not just as a home, but as a living prayer — rooted in stewardship, sustained by purpose, and devoted to creating heaven on earth through harmony with the land.
The Welcome
Stargate is a hosted retreat, with one of the owners living quietly on-property as a mindful steward of the land. His gentle presence ensures that every guest is cared for with grace and intention, while the home itself remains a sanctuary of complete privacy. Attentive when needed yet unseen in your moments of rest, the host tends the orchards and grounds so you may experience the stillness, beauty, and peace that define Stargate.
The Offering
From farm-fresh seasonal fruits, eggs and Reiki-infused honey to spa robes and star-filled skies, every element of Stargate is designed to nourish both body and spirit. Guests are invited to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover the sacred rhythm of life. Each detail — thoughtful, intentional, and inspired — reflects the devotion poured into this land. More than a stay, Stargate is an invitation to live with passion and purpose, to awaken the senses, and to experience heaven on earth.
Kapa'au
The Land We Call Home
At the northern tip of Hawai‘i Island lies Kapa‘au — a village of legends and lineage, where time slows and the land remembers. Surrounded by ocean cliffs, lush valleys, and sacred heiau, it is the birthplace of King Kamehameha I and the heart of North Kohala. It is here, on this revered soil, that Stargate Farm takes root. To stay with us is to share in the spirit of Kapa‘au — a place where history, culture, and aloha breathe through every breeze. We are humbled to call this land home, and grateful to welcome you into its embrace.
Service & Purpose
Our first and deepest intention has always been to serve — to remain connected to Source and the earth, and to help restore a thriving local food system for Hawai‘i. The retreat is our bridge: it allows us to sustain the sacred work of farming while opening our gates to those seeking rest, beauty, and connection.
Farming may not be the most lucrative path, yet it is one of life’s purest foundations. By choosing organic practices and honoring food as medicine, we do our small part to nourish body, land, and spirit — fulfilling our mission of creating more love and light upon this earth.
