All orders are carefully prepared and shipped with intention from Hawaiʻi Island. Shipping costs are calculated at the exact carrier rate and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not add handling or markup fees — what we are charged is what you are charged.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality and integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
