Produced in North Kohala on Hawaiʻi Island, New Hope Honey is raw, unfiltered honey harvested in small batches from hives located among avocado orchards, citrus trees, coffee flowers, tropical blooms, and the diverse vegetation of our island home.
Every harvest is unique, reflecting the season, weather, and floral sources available to the bees at the time. We intentionally leave our honey as close to nature as possible—never heavily processed and never blended with imported honey.
Served to guests during their stay at Stargate Farm, New Hope Honey has become one of our favorite ways to share the flavors of Hawaiʻi. Whether drizzled over fresh sourdough, stirred into tea, paired with fruit, or enjoyed straight from the spoon, every jar supports healthy pollinators, regenerative agriculture, and thoughtful stewardship of the land.

Natural honey may crystallize over time. This is a sign of purity, not spoilage. To return honey to a liquid state, place the jar in warm water and stir gently.
